the thing is his bank isn't a local branch and we can't physically go to the bank that owns the bike. he went through the dealerships financing and they used an out of state bank to finance it.

oh wow that's crazy. i'm seeing a lot of 05s for 4k stock. that's their starting asking price though and most people are willing to lower it.

I would never buy a vehicle without a title unless it didn't require one, was buying it for parts or "offroad" use.

that is very true. i guess i would need to type up some sort of contract listing everything that needs to be done and that will be done...
as of right now the 09 for 3200 doesnt seem like the best way to go. neither does the wr250x because of how bored i might get of it. there's quiet a few of them for sale around me so i guess i can just keep looking.
