Help: 2003 R6 died last night...

I took the R6 for a ride last night, on my way back home I found a Mustang that wanted to play, so we jumped on the HW and I just gunned it... went from 20 MPH to about 130 ... felt good... let go off the throttle and took the exit ramp, and as I applied the brakes I realized that it had died... I tried to restart it but everytime it would just die, unless i gave it some throttle...

I was able to get home, but every time I slowed down and was on neutral it would die, not iddle... so i got home and parked it... this morning I started it and it iddled fine!!!

What should I check on??? I want to prevent this from happening again...

It has 17100 miles on it, and I bought it with 16000, i do not know if the previous owner did much maintenace to it... it rides good, but i don't think what happened last night was a good sign...

Bad gas? Kinked fuel line? Air filter is clogged like a mudder? Your coils are burnt (meaning you didn't have the factory recall done yet)? Hmm. Hard to say really.
