So I've put my bike through complete hell the past couple years after shows, comps, practice the list can go on lol A few months ago before the season was over I ended up riding my bike over to a scrap metal company and weighed my bike. Full fluid and 2 gallons of gas it was sitting at 448 pounds!!!! Decided this winter build I'm going to try and shave around 50 pounds off this beast, and make it just a better all around bike. here she is

List of mods and parts soon to be.....
Half tubular chromoly frame(make bike more rigid, less flex is better!)
05 race tail/08 r6r front race plastics
8 cell battery
aftermarket wheels with ceramic bearings
titanium full exhaust
smaller front sprocket and smaller rear
vortex adjustable rearsets
all new GALFER Lines, rotors, and pads
new fresh 08 r6r forks redone by RACETECH
just got my new cage from ATOWNCUSTOMS.COM(for all your stunt part needs) lolol
paint and bondo from recent paint jobs on tank will be set all the way back to the metal to get rid of the weight of the 6 layers of paint!
race harness
ignition removal
power commander
maybe a few titanium parts here and there lol

engine will be getting,
head decked
adjustable cam sprockets
port and polish
maybe 2mm over to 636 :)
all ceramic internal bearings
ignition advancer

might be missing more but I will be posting review pics on here as much as I can. INDYRPM.COM will be doing a rebuild review on thier site as well as mine when it finishes getting set up(SOON!!!)! I'll keep you all posted!!!!!:YEA

Picked up a new sponsor from motydesign.com Badass light weight batterys. check em out! actuall cost less than a good yuasa battery and alot less weight. My old bikemaster battery weight a little over 8 pounds. this 8 cell weighs 1.69!!!!!!! Quick almost 7 pounds and for 150 bucks you cant beat it!

had to get some ti and aluminum lol

new shoes. 120/ 70 front and trying a 170 for the rear. I usually run 160s but drifting is a pain with smaller width tire

traded in the vortex tubes for some custom made solid aluminum from a buddy of mine off the stuntride forum. They are 1 1/4 inches longer than stock for a little more stance. Plus it will be a little easier to throw around with the wider bars

As for the engine........it has been milled .02, port and polished, degreed cams( which i just said) high compression pistons, lightened and balanced flywheel, velocity stacks, k&n race filter, gytr exhaust,(wrapped the headers and engine ice to stay cool) and after break in it will be getting dyno'd and a pcIII installed to clean up the little bumps.

I think I am VERY close to the 400 pound weight for the bike now. The sub frame weighs id say half by itself and the new round bar is solid T6 aluminum. Front stay is aluminum as well. Shaved alot of weight out of this baby and added a TON of power!!!

The paint scheme will be about like Rossi's old m1 with the purple and white except a little more this color and more towards the new r6 ama paint schemes...

You running a Runman? I'm thinking about buying a bracket from him.
