Hey guys, I just lost my plate on the highway and Im not really sure what to do...I looped back around because im pretty sure i know the area i lost it but i couldn't find it while on the bike. Im waiting for my friend to get here so we can take a ride up in his truck...
If I can't find it, does anyone know how much it is going to cost for a new one? I was thinking $15 for the plate, $15 for a new registration, and $15 for a new inspection sticker...
oh sorry...im from mass...I lost my plate right on the NH border going 93 South about 2 miles before the Chateau...If anyone happens to be driving by there and notices it..haha doubtful...I think im going to the registry...it's can't be too much money
I just lost mine last weekend up here in Mass. It really depends on the state that you're in. I suggest the first thing you do is go to a police station and fill out a lost plate form, so that if someone else finds it first and commits a crime or something, you don't get in trouble. Then you need to go to the DMV and see what you need to do to get a new one. I had to competely re-register my bike through the state. It only cost me $20 to get a new one and since I already had gotten my inspection done at my dealer, they just gave me a new sticker.
I got my inspection done at the dealer too...thats pretty good news...Im from mass too so...Im assuming it will all be the same...
