The problem is that my low beam sit, low beam keeps blowing out. I'm getting sick of opening the headlight up and replacing the bulb. (I have a dual headlight mod in) The bulbs that I'm using are: link
The only thing that is different on misterjj's diagram is that I have the LED (audi lights) connected to the relay and the there is a push button switch for the low beams, but they are still controlled by the autoswitch.
It's not that the bulbs are not clean. They are MR16 LED bulbs with a lens over the LED. Links are fixed and the fuses are OEM recommended. I was wondering if I have to put a resistor in some where b/c the bulbs are LEDS???
They should have resistors in them.
Are you running the high beams all the time to with the lows. LEDs do not like heat and that may be one problem. If you dont have HIDS you may want to try them they run cooler then regular bulbs.

that sounds sketchy whatever you got going on there. try bypassing that push button BS u got going on there and try it that button could have an internal short or somthing.
you definantly have a short somewhere usually its always linked to something installed incorrectly or shitty aftermarket parts.
