Ok guys my bike is going to get dyno tuned soon, and i am wandering if i should install smog block off plates, i really wanna keep it as legal ass possible though, but also want to get it fine tuned as good as possible so the a/f ratio is accurate, the bike has hr1 riot exhaust, bmc race filter, factory pro superflare velocity stacks, graves slide stops, +4 ignition advancer, and new ngk plugs, What does everyone think???
i would, they will have to take the time to plug them when you get it dynod anyway. It doesnt take it away from being legal either i dont think... You dont smog bikes.. at least not in NV
+1. get rid of the smog crap and use the plates. dont "White-trash-rig" it. bike do not need smog, and removing it will not affect the legality of it (in NV or CA and most others). and plus, you dump an extra 2 lbs this way lol
i dont understand. You have all those mods, but are scared about the block off plates cause of legality? Get the plates, or do it the cheaper way and get vacuum caps. you need 3 caps which is under $5 or 2 plates which is about $40.
