Auxillary bulb help!!!

So i just finished installing a L.E.D Strip for my license plate (cause i put it where the 2 push pins under the battery box), wired it to the license plate light wires and now my auxiliary bulb was flickering now not working, i replaced it and same thing happened.....anybody know whats going on or how to fix it?? anybody else have the same issue??

unplug the led strip and see if it works.

i put in a new bulb and it works but it flickers n im sure it will burnt out like the previous bulb...anybody have the same issues or similar??

Re-check your wiring. Make sure your wires are not crossed and use sealed connectors so you dont cause a short. Check your fuses as well.

Do you have anything else wired that may be aftermarket? (i.e. integrated tail light)

sorry i should have posted my mods in the 1st post...motodynamic tail light,(ebay)led flushmounts,krypton hids,.....i wired the led strip 2 the stock connectors i dont know why it effects the aux light....and what do u mean by sealed connectors??

Take the leds off to see if it fixes the aux light.

Sealed connectors are to ensure there is no bare metal making contact with other metals causing a short.


Chances are that the LED strip could be defective from factory. Ebay = made in china
