Winterizing my bike?

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could help me and tell me what to do to winterize my bike. It's my first winter owning it so any advice would help! Thanks!

Re: Winterizing my bike?

Don't say the W word.

I put it on stands, add stabilizer to a full tank and let it run for a bit and put the battery on the battery. You can also remove the battery and store it in the house and it's supposed to stay charged that way too.

Re: Winterizing my bike?

Man...that sucks. Our temps just getting right...58 in the morning, and 80's in the evening. Almost needed a liner this morning, but I knew I'd regret it on the way home.

Re: Winterizing my bike?

It would be nice if we could have a "Winterization" sticky... if someone wanted to write one.
