New Oil

So today I switched from the Yamalube to the Mobil 1, i think it was a 15W-50. To say the least, it is money. I was very surprised to see how much smoother shifting was with the wet-plate clutch. I am very impressed and recommend this Oil to all.

What oil do you guys run in your engines?

I have used Yamalube, Motul 5100, Mobil 1 MXT and now I run Silkolene.

Silkolene is head and shoulders above the rest as far as the smoothness of tranny, clutch feels lighter too. Not to mention the bike also seems to run 5-10 degrees cooler than the Mobil 1.

I use M1 also, I just used the last of my red cap last week, I'm guessing the new "red cap" is now the "gold cap" stuff.
