Paid for this 4/22 still haven't received the item. Mistakenly gifted the paypal not knowing you couldn't dispute gifts and now I have nothing.

Any tips/advice would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this. I am not familiar enough with Paypal to help there. Just wondering if you have been able to contact the seller, did he respond, ignore, give you run around? Good luck.

I have messages back and forth from the buy date. Around the payment time, messages were same day or next day and as the "shipping" grew later so did the messages. I sent a message on 6/10 and before that the last one he sent to me was 5/29.

I called Paypal and they have a closed case on it because it's past 45 days, but it will affect his PP account. Luckily I ordered w/ my credit card because I was unsure of the gifting the money and I sent my CC company the full dialog between us unedited for evidence if they need it. Only down side is if I have to wait up to 60 days for responses from Paypal or the seller.
