Yeah, it can be. Honestly what I think is so cool about it from a fitness standpoint is that anyone can do it and anyone can ride as far as they want... it all depends on how much time you're willing to commit

It shouldn't matter. I mowed my neighbor's yard for many years and I included him on my application for my current job. They even called him and asked about my work ethic
