Finally upstate NY has a redeeming quality! In a year or so they say A track and race school will be built an hour away from Albany! 2 away from NYC. So I expect to see Walt, lee, Jmejiaa & cheif at some point
http://www.nysafetytrack.com/ A little over 2 hours outside of NYC and 30 minutes from Oneonta resides the beautiful 2.1 mile NYST course.

Look them up on Facebook. They have some cool pictures there. There were some good people involved in the consultation of the layout of this track so I am hoping everything goes thru. I am hearing a lot lately that the neighbors up there are trying to stop it, as always. Hopefully everything goes smoothly, I want to ride it next year!

3 hours isn't bad non the less. NJMP is over 5 hours from me If my mustang was up to the task I'd be there every other month. I used to commute to Jersey regularly. Fantastic drive, listen to some music take in the country side you'll be there before you know it that was a 3 hour trip.

O yeah I am not complaining. I am down at NJMP all the time which is a 3 hour drive. I was just stating their timing was a bit off.
