...with INSANITY...
THIS will by my tracker as I progress through the Insanity diet and workout. Plain and simple, I'm tired of being fat, and feeling lazy and out of shape...
Between the divorce, depression, and getting out of the Military a few months back, I've put on some serious LB's...
So here I will document my progress and weight loss. I'll update with picture's and progress each week... and check in daily after my workout...
I started the diet and workout yesterday and I'm already SORE! After the first couple weeks I think I'll get into the swing of things, but these first couple weeks WILL suck!
The diet is made up of 5 meals a day, most only 300 calories, with a 500 calorie meal after your workout. I will be following the Insanity cook book for meals. The meals are actually quite reasonable, and have a great mix of healthy foods which naturally energize you as well. There are several DVD's, each day a different one used, each week varies the workouts as well. Sunday is an off/recovery day.
This being my first post, I'll show my starting point. (Please refrain from any negative comments or bashing, I know I'm fat. I'd appreciate some positive encouragement)
