Arai's a rea bit noisy coz they are really well ventilated. I would pick that. The most important is "Fit". Which fits your melon the best?

Bell Star. Flows HUGE amounts of air. My head gets cold in the morning from all the airflow.

I'm REAL impressed by Bell's helmets. You get everything and then some for a fraction of the price. But the AGV GP-tech is pretty sexy looking

My Arai Corsair vents like crazy. A bit noisy, but definitely the best ventilating helmet I've worn so far.

I have the vector 2. Ventilation is awesome, but so noisy. Its not so bad when the vents are all closed up...i guess somethings gotta give
