FINALLY Closed on my house today!!!!!

I am super exited and don't really have anyone to tell so y'all get to read about it. I signed for my newly built house a couple of hours ago. My wife and I are super exited to get moved in this weekend. Holly crap though that was a lot of paperwork. Must have been a stack at least 2" thick. Ill post some pics later this week.

Only thing I am nervous about is that I signed for a little over a quarter mil for the next 30 years to pay on.

Oh and house warming party should be soon as well.



Oh and our rate was 3.375 which from what I hear is a damn good rate.

I think my wife must have called me 10 times while I was at work to remind me the notary was coming this morning. I didnt think they would let her actually sign without you. With out a POA or something.
