Re: help: bazzaz order

Bazzaz doesn't make a unit for the second generation R6's (03-05 +06-09 R6s) per their website just 2006 and newer. However you can get a PCV with autotune

Re: help: bazzaz order

Most PCV's go for around 300 usd and the autotune is around 250, is there something wrong with your tps sensor?

Re: help: bazzaz order

yes my close throttle value is 16 my w/0 throttle is 87. my idle is rough and the bike is really jumpy around 10k rpm, the dealers here said that it looks like its a tps probably so i should replace tht before doing further tests

Re: help: bazzaz order

Get the PCV for the 06-09 R6s its the same bike as yours

Here is the service manual for the bike
http://www.r6messagenet.com/forums/p...ice_manual.pdf

In there it details how to check the tps sensor voltage to see if the sensor is bad and how to adjust it.

also on page 341 it shows the suggested values on the TPS, closed should be 15-17 and wide open should be between 97-100
