Download both and see if there are any notes/description once you open the map in the PCV software. They are probably just two different tunes for the Two Bros exhaust. Every bike is different, every bike needs a different tune, so every TwoBros map you download could be a little different.
I would also suggest you try the MJS map, and Graves map if you run into problems with those maps. You can find both of those maps in my FAQ stickied at the top of this section.
