First off let me say i love the bike it rides good, mechanically sound, tight forks, and i understand all that matters is if im happy and i am. I love the bike but i wanna hear your opinion on if i got a decent deal. I am second guessing myself because my dad's friend runs a bike shop Pro Twin Performance. Dont get me wrong the guy knows his stuff about riceburners to. He claims my bike is worth 2500 tops and i disagree also this guy works with some high dollar bikes. I paid 1850 cash and traded about 1700 worth of guns with it. My bike is a 2007 r6 candy red with a few carbon fiber fairings. The bike fell from the dudes trailer and i will soon have the title transferred from salvage to rebuilt after the inspection. Bike is in great shape i have list of receipts of the new parts he fixed. The only big issue is the gas tank is boogered up nothing to bad just doesnt look good. Bike came with frame sliders shorty levers and swing arm spools. So did i do alright with about 3700 in it after the inspection is paid for.

Oh and i have one of the factory tank covers and both original headlights with broken tabs dont know what theyre worth if anything.

Id say thats no toooo bad for an 07. I paid 5 for mine back in july. You can find a decent priced tank pretty easily. Lets see some pics!

Without even reading the first post... Did you already buy it? Are you happy with it? Can you afford it? If so, then who cares what a bunch of d-bags on a forum think? Ride your bike.

his words were i got shafted in the deal just wanted to see if you guys would agree and he thinks ill never see my money back if i do sell it which i dont intend to
