All I can think is... Maybe you need to hire a competent person to install your levers for you. Any and all of the stuff he has listed, is like a 10-20 minute installation each.
Yeah, I figured the mods list was probably retail values plus tax or whatever the guy paid. I definitely agree the $6,999 is pretty unrealistic, but if I did these mods myself wouldn't it be cheaper to buy something like this and pay maybe a grand or so more than one that's relatively stock?
Just keep looking man. You can find a bike just like that for around 5k
