All I can think is... Maybe you need to hire a competent person to install your levers for you. Any and all of the stuff he has listed, is like a 10-20 minute installation each.

Yeah, I figured the mods list was probably retail values plus tax or whatever the guy paid. I definitely agree the $6,999 is pretty unrealistic, but if I did these mods myself wouldn't it be cheaper to buy something like this and pay maybe a grand or so more than one that's relatively stock?

Just keep looking man. You can find a bike just like that for around 5k

Yeah the ad just went up today and the person looks to have lowered their price. Maybe they looked around and saw they were asking for too much.

For 7k you can buy a tastefully modded, low mileage R1 of around the same year.
