So here we are. Thanksgiving week and taking time to slow down and reflect on things we have to be thankful for: Our Freedom, the people, places and things is our lives, etc.
What is something a bit out of the ordinary that you are thankful for? Not just your bike, your job, your girl, or your X-Box.... But, something really special or different.

my dog... i love em' as if he was my kid. regardless of how much more time we are putting into my daughter now instead of him he stays by my side and continues to protect us. also has tons of patience to with stand the beatings that my daughter inflicts on him. love my little boy!
I'm thankful I was born a male. I couldn't deal with hormones, bleeding, pregnancy, and guys hitting on me all the time (actually I do deal with that one). Plus I think guys are given more opportunities and more respect than women. And women always have to go the extra mile to prove themselves worthy. I'm too lazy for that. Also, I'd rather be the one eating the sammiches, not the one makin em

im thankful i have a well paying job so i dont have to stress so much about debt and in turn i can focus on spending time with friends\family\my girl and getting to go out.
friends! i have shitty family but my friends are more like my fam than my real fam. i know if i ever need anything i have few true friends that would go out of there way to help me.

I'm so thankful for the stress free life I live. I constantly hear about other people hardships and troubles. It makes me smile and feel all warm and tingily inside.

I'm thankful for my brothers-in-arms (Canadian and American) that I have had the pleasure to serve, deploy and come home with (some in wheel chairs, some in boxes, some walking). My wife is extremely thankful for whoever invented kevlar to stop bullets and reduce road rash

Seriously, hats off to them. They lay their lives on the line for the simple reason that they love freedom and the security of the citizens of their home country. That's pretty freakin' awesome.
I'm also thankful to live in a place where riding season is 10 months long.
