wont start and no neutral light

hey all in efforts to start this salvaged bike i bought. I cannot get it started. what im currently noticing is that there is no neutral light even though it is infact in neutral.

there is also a 4 pin femail plug near the ecu. that is not hooked up to anything. I will take a pic to better describe which connector it is i'm wondering if it is normally connected to anything.

im not getting any fault codes either.

I was contemplating to jump the stand switch and clutch lever as its going to be a track bike but even so that probably does not resolve my no neutral light switch.

any ideas what i should look at? thanks

resolved.

for anyone experiencin something similar in the future try grounding out the neutral sensor. mine worked now i probably need a new neutral sensor
