Has anyone ever taken the annuity payments?? The difference here would be millions. I wonder why that isn't the common choice??

I think I would probably do the annuity in this case, especially. Most people arent forward thinking enough to live on a budget. I mean hell, you just won the largest lotto jackpot ever. You traded a dollar for half of Oprah's net worth. The gravity and reality of that setting in would make anyone make poor decisions.
