no it's not. not by a LONG shot.
in my opinion, engine ice exists ONLY to satisfy the requirement of some track day orgs that engine coolant not contain certain types of glycol (or whatever) so that, in the event of a wreck and a leak, it's easier to spray off the track.
it doesn't make the bike run better, it's not better for the bike, there's ZERO difference in engine temps and, because of the lack of certain elements, it may actually DO more harm that regular coolant.
bottom line; if you're not REQUIRED to run it, DON'T. just use regular coolant...
