Rough idle all the way to 3000 rpm

So I was riding the bike today and I noticed that the engine sounded really rough when ever I took off from a stop and felt weak and it would switch to its normal sound and power once it hit about 3000 rpm. Whenever I parked it I noticed that it was idling really low what could it be
