Setting the Suspension on an 06...

Well obviously in my owners manual as well as the service manual it tells how to do this...

first question: Should I be setting the "sag"? and going by those measurements then tweak it from there up and down and see how each click feels after a ride?

second: How do I figure in my weight when it comes to setting the suspension? I just hop on and see how much travel occurs with it under the load of my 155 lb ass, right?

THANKS! I think i might end up cruising to a shop to have them help, but id rather not pay a shop for 5 minutes worth of time...

edit: and I saw the sticky about sag... ive done coilover suspensions (adjusted for driver, all four corners, camber/caster blah blah blah) but ive never adjusted a sport bike suspension... which seems much much simpler...

You're just about perfect. The bike is setup for about a 150lb rider so you may not need to touch anything. Have 2 friends give you a hand figuring out your sag.

Note: I found my settings in the magazine that tested the bikes.
In I think it is Sport Rider when they have the shootout they also show what they set the suspension at all of the bikes they tested. Talk about a world of difference once I set them according to what they suggested.

Everything from the factory always seems to be set at "full stiff"
