Re: motorcycle-superstore.com

I feel your frustration. I think my situation might even be worse than yours. I recently made a purchase from fatboyzmotorsports.com about 3 weeks ago. A week after I made the purchase I called their "customer service" number to ask the status of my order or if they can provide me with any tracking info. So they asked for my name and number and said they'll call me back. A couple days pass by and no call or even an email (emailed them several times in case it was more convenient for them) So I called everyday to see if I can speak directly with anyone who can help me, but all they say is that they can take a message and they'll have someone call me back...but I never ever get a freakin call back. So now it's about the third week since I've ordered from them and still no call back, no email, and no shipment arrival. It even gets worse..I tried calling today and the number doesn't even work anymore. Seems like they're a ****in scam even though their site looks legit. Avoid FatboyzMotorsports.com!

I think that motorcyclesuperstore is a good site. I have ordered from them and have no problems. You have to read the fine print from ordering from anyone. If you order something and then want the company to bend over backwards to compensate for your mistake then that is no ones fault but your own. Hell, even Motomummy has been ripped on this site a couple of times and that company, although small, has the best customer service hands down.

Re: motorcycle-superstore.com

im not asking for some extreme compensation, all i asked for was to get my money back since they no longer stock my item and this jacket is the wrong size. thats nothin too extreme? but apparently its too hard of a task for them to do to retain a customer

Re: motorcycle-superstore.com

What you need to do from now on when buying any type of gear is go to the local store and TRY IT ON! See if something fits or at least what size you need before you shell out big $$$$$. I would like an AGV Rossi helmet, but none of the dealers around me have them in stock. THEREFOR, I am not going to go onto some site and spend $600 for a helmet that I don't know fits me perfectly. If you're willing to buy something without seeing it first, you're just asking for trouble.

Re: motorcycle-superstore.com

I have ordered almost everything from Motorcycle Superstore (with the exception being RideGear) and never had a problem. Standard speed shipping, correct orders, good prices, etc. I've had some excellent customer service the one time I called trying to locate an odd sized A* shoe and was very happy with the guy that helped me. We bullshited for quite a bit on the phone during the process.
