does anyone know what weight the stock setting is for? my buddy has a f4 and he said his is set for like a 200lb guy from the factory. im only 150. has anyone messed around with this and found something that feels good?

Set your sag, that should be your starting point.

these are the settings that www.sportrider.com uses to test bikes. It might be a good starting point and then you can fine tune it to your taste.

I'd be surprised if Honda actually set the suspension for a 200 lb rider. I had an '00 F4 and ended up replacing the stock springs with Race Tech units. The stock set-up was way too soft (I'm 205 lbs without gear). I think most of the time the big four (Hon, Kaw, Yam, Suz) set up their stock bikes for 160 lb riders, but that's total speculation.....
