FS: 2010 White R6 - 33K Miles - $4500- Springfield, OH
One and Original Owner, me.
0-33,000+ in years 8, and still growing. I am not needing to sell the bike, but if I can find someone who would appreciate it, I wouldn't mind selling it for my asking price. Lower offers or trades are probably not going to be considered.
Title is clear and will verify I've been the owner since mile 1. Bike has never slept outside of a garage, and can probably count on one hand the number of nights that it wasn't put up on the lift stands, but at the minimum had some carpet to park on vs the flat concrete.
Minor stuff: White R6 Gel Handgrips, Adjustable Brake and Clutch levers, blacked out factory wind screen, white rim on tires vs OEM red. Rear passenger pegs blacked with rustoleum high heat. Factory exhaust removed and turned into a shorty(cut in half) took the same black high heat rustoleum to the exhaust tip. Most OEM stickers removed, besides YAMAHA on the bottom. Added about 5 of my own flair stickers that can easily be removed. 12v outlet installed to hot wire. Always on. Don't leave your cellphone charging overnight on a camping trip, because the battery will be drained. No issues while the bike is running, also use it for a GPS plus when running a Garmin.(Garmin not included). Flush mount smoked out front turn signals, low profile small stalk turn signals on back.
Always full synthetic oil changes. Will be do a full filter and oil change before start of new season, even though it'll be a little early. Front and bake brake lines were flushed and refilled recently Valves were checked and adjusted(minor) at the same time the sprockets were upgraded to -1/+2. Also had a SpeedoDRD healer put in to maintain proper Odometer/Speedometer.
ECU, Injection Coils were replaced by slightly used from a 2009 R6. Have spares included. Bike has run strong since with no concerns.
Bike was laid down in parking lot on day 1. Otherwise bike has never been raced or stunted or down at speed. Ordered a bunch of Yamaha OEM fairing bolts and rivets and the like, that had gotten lost in old garages, and I just started using zip ties. Have yet to install, but thy are included. A spare set of almost purple HID bulbs. Currently has the almost crystal white. I might have a 3rd spare set of pink, but they may be bad. but also included. 2x 55w heavy duty ballasts. Harnesses and relays to run both headlights on low included if you want to wire it in. A bunch of tools that I had purchased specifically for the bike, i.e, the sprocket to take the wheels off, also included. The front and rear lift jacks, while on the cheaper end, do work perfectly, and included. I've got 2 heavy duty tri-fold metal ramps. Each is maybe about 5-6 inches wide? Worked great for some loading situations, not so great for others, also included if you want them.
Depending on how far you are, bike can be delivered. (payment will have been made), or I can meet you halfway-ish if you wanted to check it out in person. Worst case the bike doesn't sell, I continue to maintain it, and pass it on to a nephew or something.
Thanks for dealing with me this far. Happy New Year. No helmet law here, but I'll never ride without. If I don't respond to any questions or anything in a reasonable amount of time, please try my name at gmail
