Bike Cover Rubbing Tail

Does anyone have a solution on preventing a bike cover from rubbing the end of the tail on the bike? I covered my bike a few times and the cover tends to move around while its windy out. This is causing the color to rub off on the tip of the tail. I also tried the GYTR R6 Bike Cover, which is a pretty tight fit. The act of putting it on also rubs the end of the tail.

that's why good covers have a soft cloth inside.

I can vouch for these...

It has held up well over the five years. In the last year or so, it has started to allow water to penetrate through to the inner layer. So it may allow whatever is beneath to get a little damp. Most important though, it still dries itself out. If it's in an area with little wind or sun, that can take longer; promoting rust and eventually mildew/mold.

I got this cover & it has something to protect the hot exhaust from damaging the cover
