R6 insurance total loss

Hello all,
This is my first post and I’d like to ask a serious question.

For those of you that have unfortunately been involved in an accident like myself and deemed not at fault, how much did your insurance company give you for your totaled bike ?
Mine was an immaculate 2009 R6 despite having 22,000 miles.
Custom painted and custom fabrication/painting for the seats.

I would like to get an idea of how much money I will get for it. I’m worried my insurance will skimp me and not give me enough money to buy another R6 in near same condition.

Thank you and be safe everyone.

Insurance companies aren't about making you whole. They're about making money from >93% of their customers.

If anyone gets it in their head that they're going to try screwing the insurance companies, just remember that they got their names on stadiums, skyscrapers and in your congress persons' pockets. They write the laws, and will screw you harder.

Look up the kbb value. You may get close to that. It also varies where you live. Someone on here may get $5k you may get $4k

Re: R6 insurance total loss

In California, they're considered specialty vehicles. I think the company would reimburse you the full amount for parts (if you have the receipts). You're best off discussing this with your own insurance company as the other insurance company is going to try to get out of paying you out and yours is going to be looking out for your own best interest until you find a different company.

2013 R6 - Crashed
2012 R6 - Sold
2018 R1M - Bad financial decision
2018 S1000R - Maybe I should have just bought a V4S with all the money I spent on my 2018s.
