Re: Los Angeles Riders

I'm in Los Angeles but won't have my bike for a few months... there is a South West forum on here that's mainly dominated by us SoCal peeps that you should check out.

Re: Los Angeles Riders

I live in Orange County and commute into LA 4 days a week for work. My experience is 99% of cars don't even see you, even if you're 20 feet in front them. I was almost taken out from behind going to work on Monday because some bi*ch was messing with her cell phone.

But, for the most part I haven't had too bad a time commuting, but you never know with LA traffic and idiots in cars!

Re: Los Angeles Riders

Whats up GuitrMn35...818 here. Welcome. Riding in LA is ok...traffic sucks but other than that eh...I have fun. Been pulled over once and the traffic cop was extremely professional and nice to me. As i was to him. He let me go with a 5 minute lecture.

My roomate and i go canyon running almost every sunday and have breakfast at the rock store. We start at 5:30am so we dont get the squids or the po po on the roads. We also hit up Crenshaw bike night every wed except tonight. One of our riders's bike is wheel less due to powdercoat so were gonan take it easy and work on our bikes tonight. We have some buddies from the 661 that ride with us and we have our own shop. A few lifts and we service our own bikes. IF ya ever need service PM me we dont charge much. Anyways hope to see ya out there.
