whats this part called

Ok you know wher the windscreen bolts screw into the plastic on the bike well i broke those little plastic tabs inside an now my windscreen is held in place by two zip ties.

Now the part that i need to replace is that called the fairing stay?

Mods
-DDM Tuning 6K HID
-Fender eliminator
-MotoDynamics Smoke integrated taillight
-Flush mount turn signals
-GYTR spools
-Zero Gravity Smoked Windscreen
-Michelin Pilot Power 2CT
-Full Leo Vince SBK Evo ii / CF can
-PCV
-BMC filter
-520 Conversion -1/+2 with Yellow Ek chain

The fairing stay is not plastic.

they are called wellnuts. The rubber tube with the brass thread insert is the well nut. that is what actually hold the visor in on the fairing. They usually use plastic screws. here is a link to a set:

Yea those!! ok but dumb question how do u install them just stick them in their or do u glue them i dont get it? The plastic surrounding the well nut is what is cracked
