Parrot nosed pliers work really well on stripped bolt heads.

Is the bolt head stripped, or the pan?

The bolt head was stripped. Replaced it with a new one.

The above advice is spot on. After stripping an oil pan, I went Stahlbus. I ain't looking back. Everything gets one from here on out.

Chillin'... while the Lord watches over me!

I love my R6, but...there's no buts...

I didn't strip mine, still went Stahlbus. I'll never own another bike without having one on it, makes life so much easier.
