Shaking handlebars from 47mph-65mph

I have this weird shake that only happens in that range of speed. when I speed up it's very stable. What could be causing this?

Are the wheels balanced? Maybe a loose axle bolt?

Your name is great, first of all.

I'm pretty sure the wheels are balanced properly. I just had the tires changed and that shop changed my R3's wheels as well. This happened before I got new tires.

I just checked and I didn't see anything loose.

Might be hard to judge, from an eye test but the alignment may be off. Have you checked your PSI on the tires?

what's the background of the bike. has it been crashed etc. how many miles are on it and has the suspension ever been rebuilt or at least set up for your weight. do you have luggage mounted to it
