Do I need a new fork spacer?

I took my forks apart last night to rebuild them. I noticed the one spacer had a gouge on the bottom side. Is this something that warrants replacement or can I still use it?

as long as it's not sticking out to the outside of the tube it should be fine. you can get these at traxxion dynamics. they usually come with new springs. yamaha sells them for about $5 ea.
