Re: 2004 R6 Fuel Leak

You are right, my mistake/typo. a USED one will run you about 140 - 200. Yeah the brand new one is going to be pricey. He doesn't really new a brand new one tho does he? Used would work...?

- It really does, rev your heart.

I must say that Seal-All works very well... 2 weeks into it, and no leaks, so here's hoping... Cheers for your help, guys - greatly appreciated☻

So, I am having the exact issue with the wiggling of that spout. So, it's not supposed to wiggle? Somehow I thought that was how it was made. I think I am going to take a stab at the Seal-All. Did you remove the fuel unit from the tank before applying? You think I can just apply the Seal-All without removing the fuel unit? Thanks!

Re: 2004 R6 Fuel Leak

well with so many of you guys starting to have issue with this nipple my only conclusion is ethanol in the fuel is attacking the plastics or that o-ring you should probably start saving for a new pump. unless you can find a fuel safe o ring that fits.

Finding the o ring Is the easy part.. taking the fuel pump out and apart without breaking it is a challenge but doable..

My fuel pump looks like it might be glued in so I’ve been hesitant on removing it also haven’t had time.. thanks for watching my video though
