Issues in gear... tranny, clutch, or axel.

So i have an 02 r6 for a few months now and its been runnjng fin till recently. I took it to a shop to tension my chain cause it had too much slack. He over tightened it but whats weird now it has slack so i think the chain stretched. Not the issue tho. So now i ride and when i start to get on it half or full throttle it feels like the bike is shaking from the rea, so much that it makes the motor not sound healthy like its misfiring. So i checked the front and rear sprockets and the axel and everything looks good idk if its the clutch slipping or if the tranny is failing. Mind you it only makes the sound and shake in gear and and only when i go to open her up, and when i try to hold steady at like 4 or 5k it shakes. Please any ideas lmk im going to do a full tune up and chain and sprocket change tonight any thoughts will go a long way.... thanks

I would say inspect the chain. it may have a tight spot. spin the wheel a few degrees and feel the chain. try to move it up and down. repeat this process until you get about a full rotation of the chain around the sprockets. if it's much more loose in one area that's what you're feeling.
when you adjust a chain you have to do it at the tightest spot in the chain. if you adjust it in the loose spot it's going to be way too tight at the tight spot.

it's probably time to replace the chain and sprockets.

Not quite understanding the shaking in the rear. But if some guy named @

Ok i changed the chain and sprockets and now seems good, but while i did that i took it upon my self to do a full tune up(oil, plugs, abd filter.) So not i turn it on and its a very low idle the lighst flicker, and when i give a quick surge of throttle it hesitates and rpm drops more and causes a stall. Im sure it sounds like a vaccume leak but can that also cause the electrical to flicker?

yeah because the charging system needs to be rotating faster to work at full power. so at minimum it needs to be about 1200 rpm.
