05 R6 Micron slip on? Tune needed?

I just purchased a bike and found a great deal on a used slip on (less than 100 bucks) locally and I'm wondering If a tune is required I know the cat on these bikes is built into the stock exhaust, I really just snapped up the deal because I'd like a nice exhaust tone im not concerned with exceeding the bikes stock performance as it more than enough for street use but I'm wondering if putting it on will cause me to lean out too much to the point where it hinders current performance.

I've looked into getting a PC3 but the premade maps only list a full micron exhaust im not sure if there would really be a difference due to the cat being in the slip on I'd imagine the flow would be the same and the gains of aftermarket headers would be pretty much just weight related.

its an 05 so I imagine the maps would be different due to the injectors being changed from 03-04 models.

I wouldn't be able to afford a dyno run to have it tuned locally so thats out of the question.

Anyone have experience running a 03-05 with a slip-on without a power commander?

You'll be fine, I doubt you'll notice anything different in the power. Without a tune the bike won't be running at 100% but even with a tune, you'll likely only gain 2-5 hp.
