Bridgestone R10

Hey guys I did a search in tire/tech talk but Im looking for a racer opinion on the new R10 bridgestones and how they may compare to the pirelli's. I ran the sc3 pirelli's last race season and liked them but am thinking of switching to bridgestone for better contingency and cost.

any of you guys run these tires yet???

Re: Bridgestone R10

Didn't realize they were available stateside yet (Canada only maybe?)... saw them at EICMA in November, but haven't seen them here... I hear they're still a few weeks away...

Re: Bridgestone R10

US distributors have them in stock and they're slowly trickling out to the race vendors. i'm running my first round on dunlops and i'm gonna test the R10s immediately after. my buddy is the bridgestone dealer in the area, so he might put together an offer i can't refuse if i like the tires as much as i hope i will.

The vendor at the trackday I went to on april 1st had a rear there to show and explain it. He said he'll have them to sell in about 2 weeks or so

Re: Bridgestone R10

The one site I get my stones from only has the rear available. I will definitely have to check these out this season.
