sprockets vs RPM

I have an 03 R6 that I use for track and street. Current set up I believe to be stock 18 / 48 . At Mosport I run the back straight at 240kph/14000 rpm ( could probably go a bit faster but am ok with that....bike is stock).Acceleration is awesome in 1st almost to awesome, if I open up to hard I can't keep the front down...so here is the question...I would like to get the top end rpm down a bit(approx. 1000) but also tame the wheeles a bit....part 2...on the street at approx. 130kph i'm doing 8000rpm and I need a bit lower rpm( to loud...got an 06 muffler).....what sprocket sizes would be recommended . I am running in the green group on track days so just working on technique not breaking the speed record....
thanks Ed

go here. You can plug in sprocket sizes, and view the speeds in each gear. And stock for your bike is not 18/48, it's 16/48
