Anti-Freeze Options????

I have been using water instead of antifreeze for track days because of the requirement. The bike seems like it is running hotter. Does anyone know of another good substitute for antifreeze. Thanks for any info.

Nesba: Engine Ice and Evans-type coolants are NO longer permitted! Water Wetter is permitted.

Re: Anti-Freeze Options????

water wetter is the popular one. It will keep the engine running at normal temps and will provide corrosion protection. You must use it in conjunction with DISTILLED water though for the proper results. As mentioned it will freeze if it is that cold in your area. For most of us though that is not an issue.

Re: Anti-Freeze Options????

Thanks Again for the info. This is the last track event for the year so I will swap it out when it's over so no problems with freezing.
