Stolen 07 R6 (Elkton, MD 21921)

My bike was stolen over the weekend from Stone Gate Blvd in Elkton, MD 21921 sometime between Saturday night 9/18 and Sunday morning 9/19. I have parked it in front of my apartment for 3 years and never had an issue, guess my luck ran out. I know the odds of getting it back are slim to none but it can't hurt to spread the word and hope for the best. If anyone is in the area (MD, DE, PA, NJ) and could keep an out for me I would really appreciate it.

Only had liability so insurance won't cover anything. I still need to check with my renters insurance to see if they are able to do anything.

Also don't let the exhaust and sticker fool you. It's easy to take stuff off and add to make it look different. I would at least try to get the vin. It's a long shot but I mean why not?

Close but not quite. Mine had about 12,000 miles and didn't have frame sliders. Appreciate the look out though. I've been scouring craigslist every hour since Sunday morning hoping I would run across it

Re: Stolen 07 R6 (Elkton, MD 21921)

Hope you find it man. Why would you have liability insurance on a motorcycle on not comp or collision? You know that liability insurance is for the damage (property & bodily injury) to others right? How much damage do you think you will do on a motorcycle where you don't kill or seriously injure yourself. Furthermore, if you don't own anything, no lawyer is going to waste the money and come after you indivdually. You are what is known as judgement proof. The only insurance you needed parking your bike outside is comprehensive. #Lesson Learned. FYI-I am a personal injury attorney and I sue insurance companies for a living.
