New UK rider advice

Hi all new to the forum and from the UK.
I have just picked up my first r6 it's a 5sl on an 2006 plate.
I'm looking at turning it into a track bike and am struggling to find certain aftermarket parts for it. Everywhere I search there seems to be plenty of steering damper a, rearsets, screens etc for the 99-2002 and then 2006 onwards? Am I just looking in the wrong place or will other model parts for onto this bike?
I'm trying to get the bike set up for the track for a very tall rider so any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Re: New UK rider advice

This might sound a bit silly, but Iíve sourced quite a few decent parts from the Facebook marketplace. You can set your distance filter to wherever you feel comfortable travelling to!
