If you want to learn wheelies and or stunt on your bike, you better be prepared to spend the money to fix it.

If you just want to learn to wheelie, just go get you a 50 or a small dirtbike, or find someone with a wheelie machine and go try that out.

If you want to stunt just get you a damn stunt bike and go to town.

When you want to win, when there is no substitute for the best, when you don't want to feel the sting of second place, you really only have one place to turn.

Re: best way for noob to learn a wheelie?

people keep sayin go get a dirt bike but i dont think that will help. I ride all the time. i can ride a wheelie for miles on just about any dirtbike but i too have trouble on my 6. So the dirtbike theory may not be for every one! hasnt helped me any

But at least you understand what goes into it and would have a better chance at knowing how you should react when something happens. You gotta know how to do a wheelie to do a wheelie, and learning how usually involves a few wrecks. Dirtbike would be better because it would teach them how to do wheelies and how to control them, if they wreck they won't be going as fast, hopefully won't get hurt as bad, and it won't cost as much to fix the bike. Then you can transfer what you learn from the dirtbike to the street bike. Not like you can go from killing it on the dirtbike to the R6 overnight, there is still a learning curver but you have removed all the "OH SHIT, OH SHIT, what the hell do I do?"-WRECK, from the situation for the most part. You could still wreck but the chances of you knowing how to react and save it are much greater if you know the basics and have them down.
