I am VERY late to this build!

First off... GORGEOUS BIKE!!!
Second... Couldn't help but notice, is that BIR? I'm a BIR Alumni looking forward to getting back on there (been since '03)!
Third... Any updates, notice no mention of suspension upgrades?

This thing is really clean. For a track bike, it looks like it rolled off of Yamaha's production floor. Well done IMO.

I don't adjust it while on the track.. I don't think you'd be able to spin it around unless you moved a few things around

Do you have trouble adjusting the steering damper on the fly with the adjustment knob on the right and away from the rider? Is there a way to mount it flipped 180 deg so the adjuster is on the left and towards the rider?

Hot damn that's a clean bike. VERY nicely done. Now stop riding it so it stays that way.

about the rear bolt being put on backwards on the front fender. Never thought about doing that even though it pisses me off every time I take the front wheel off.

What size rear rim did you go with ? 5.5 or 6.0?
