So, I'm getting ready to start the rebuild of my tranny. figured while I'm in there maybe I'll do some slight upgrades, without getting too crazy. In other words I want do do things that don't make me have to do other things (if you know what I mean). This is where I need help from you guys. as an example: I'm thinking about putting in the Graves adjustable cam sprockets, so, do I have to upgrade anything else to support this upgrade? And are they worth putting in anyway? I guess what I'm trying to say is, I want to do some poorman's upgrades that will improve the engine performance of the bike. I am no mechanic, but I think I am mechanically inclined enough to pull this off (I hope!)
Any help, suggestions, tips etc. will be greatly appreciated! Bike was just recovered after being stolen 4 years ago!! Suprisingly good shape overall but second gear is trashed.
P.S. I've already dropped the engine. Do I need any special tools for this project? Like to take out the clutch or anything else.
