I am having problems with my 05 R6 as the coolant reaches 200 degrees it rushes into the overflow and spits out... I replaced the radiator cap a year ago as I had the same issue and the problem went away. I am now having the same issue a year later and don't think it is the radiator cap this time. there is no white smoke coming from the back of the bike and the is the oil does not have coolant in it. There is some black rubbery specs in the coolant as it overflows?

I am completely lost here and hoping someone may know the solution?

here is a video of what my bike is doing...

rad cap is cheap.. that would be where i would start. If it was a head gasket, it would start doing this before it hit 200f. That isn't even that bad. the rad cap should not be letting coolant pass by till higher than that..
there is a test kit to test your fluid for exhaust gas and will tell you if it's a head gasket.
