Not sure on Factory, but I have an 07 R6S and went with the R&R kit off of eBay. Pics here:

I got mine off of ebay and I have an 07 R6S. The R6S is compatible with the parts off of an 03-04 R6.

I just picked one up at the local yamaha dealer also got the CA tail light to go with it. Funny thing is the dealer was cheaper than the local cyclegear
