1999 Yamaha r6 having an issue that seems similar to a chain binding or old sprockets. It only does it under a medium to hard acceleration and lurches 2-3 times and can power through it then rides fine and will happen in every gear. I’ve changed both front and back sprockets and chain and made sure the axle was straight. Tried going tighter and looser and still nothing. Then did the rear wheel bearing and still having the same issue. Thought maybe the rubber drive hubs being worn and allowing the sprocket to kink the chain possibly? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Does it happen in a certain gear?
Not sure if the 1999s have a DIAG mode - if they do, check if the throttle goes up and down smoothly without a hiccup. It could be as simple as a sticky throttle cable. They're actually supposed to be lubed every once in a while as well.
No it’s in every gear, the throttle snaps back just fine but it’s similar feeling to a lose or worn out chain how it pops but I’ve tried what seems like everything
