Swapping a 2000 engine into a 2002 bike. Wondering if I need to keep the 2 plug ECU with the older motor or if either one will work.

if you keep the harness the same, the ecu can stay the same as well. you can directly swap the motor in and all of your connectors will fit as they should. 👍
